In my work as a coach and meditation teacher I support my clients in designing a life that feels effortless, joyful, and fulfilling, by drawing on research and tools from the fields of psychology, neuroscience, meditation, and mindfulness.
Modern life is busy and complex but it doesn’t need to be overwhelming. By taking time out to reflect on what is really valuable to us, both in this moment and the future, we can simplify our life and improve our wellbeing. The quickest and easiest way to get started on this path is to start a regular meditation practice and I encourage all my clients to incorporate this into their coaching program as a foundation for personal change and growth.
Prior to becoming a coach and meditation teacher, I worked as a senior marketing executive in Sydney and New York, where I witnessed many colleagues, friends, and family members experience periods of burn-out, stress, and anxiety. Aware of the growing epidemic and meditating on and off, it wasn’t until a close family member went through a debilitating period of burn-out that we both made meditation a daily practice to manage sleeplessness and stress. Within days the benefits were obvious and after a couple of weeks, I noticed that I was calmer, happier, and more present with my clients and two young children, even on hectic days.
