Join us each Thursday morning from 9.30-10.30am for this drop-in guided meditation class led by Katherine Bruce of exhale meditation. The class will help you settle into a deep state of relaxation and calm, enabling you to let go of stress and tension, and leaving you feeling rested and restored. Suitable for beginners through to experienced meditators.
The meditation will be for 30-45 minutes and you are welcome to stay for a cup of tea afterwards.
Pay just $10 for your first class and $15 per class after that.
