If you want to feel like you're living your life on purpose, with a greater feeling of calm and happiness, this workshop is for you.

Join us at Woke Yoga Studio in Mosman, for a half-day workshop combining meditation, mindfulness, self-reflection, and journaling to help you get clear on who you want to be, and what you want to achieve in 2019.

Led by Katherine Bruce from Exhale Meditation, you will learn how to:

  • start a personal meditation practice

  • use mindfulness to de-stress and focus

  • cultivate a positive mindset

  • identify what’s important to you and bring more of it into your life

Katherine's approach is evidence-based, heart-centered, and focused on helping her clients to improve their wellbeing and performance across all areas of their life.

She trained with davidji  at Unplug Meditation Studio in Los Angeles to become a certified meditation teacher, has a Master of Applied Science in Coaching Psychology from Sydney University, a Bachelor of Arts - Psychology, and is certified in ACT (Acceptance Commitment Therapy).
