Katherine's approach is evidence-based, heart-centered, and focused on helping her clients to improve their wellbeing and performance across all areas of their life.
She trained with davidji at Unplug Meditation Studio in Los Angeles to become a certified meditation teacher, has a Master of Applied Science in Coaching Psychology from Sydney University, a Bachelor of Arts - Psychology, and is certified in ACT (Acceptance Commitment Therapy).
